The Post Cold War Era and the emergence of the Unipolar World Order are now taking a turn on the other side and the current world order seems to be going back again to the pre-cold war era phase i.e. it is in the process of becoming bipolar again. The two blocs have reemerged with their respective center of gravity and the peripheral satellite state. The option again remains the same- either you appease the Super Power or face wrath from them.
